Cancellation Policy

• For rentals and guided trips, please provide at least 48-hours notice of cancellation. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly. Texting is preferred at +1 406 219 8882 or email us at info@rmgkayak.co

• If WE cancel your kayak rental or guided trip for any reason, we will provide a full refund. We prefer refunds over rescheduling as it's more convenient for everyone and allows you to reschedule at your convenience. We strive to cancel at least two hours ahead of your reservation time to avoid unnecessary travel or to give you time to make alternative plans for your day.

Tours and rentals are weather-dependent. In the event of adverse weather conditions such as high winds, rain, or any other safety concerns, tours will be canceled.
